I am very disappointed with the administrative management at Osceola Community Health Services. I had a confirmed gynecology appointment today and even received an automated reminder message the same day. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I could not be seen because a referral from my primary doctor was required. The office claimed they attempted to communicate this requirement back in January, yet no proper follow-up was ever done before today’s appointment in May. If the referral was mandatory, the office should have verified this BEFORE confirming and reminding patients about appointments. I lost work time, transportation time, and effort for an appointment that realistically should have been canceled or clarified in advance. Patients deserve better communication, organization, and respect for their time.

All the staff, especially Dr. Patel and his nurse were so friendly and helpful. I did not have insurance at the time, and they provided me the best care but also mindful of the out of pocket costs for me. I would recommend their team. Facility was clean, and equipment was updated!

Wonderful environment everytime I step into the facility. I had an amazing experience here during my first pregnancy, and that is why I chose to come again for my second. The front desk ladies are so welcoming and helpful, and always have everything prepared for a smooth appointment. Dr Patel is incredible, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very secure every step of the way. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top notch care!

My wife went here her whole pregnancy Worst office ever my wife’s appointment was at 1:15 and didn’t get put into a room until 2:30 we didn’t leave till 3:30 this constantly happens everytime even after first appointment they don’t answer the phone ever and the phone operator has attitude after not answering the phone for 2 hours

Before walking in I was so nervous. 10/23/25 was my first time experience here. Going to a new doctor's office can be a nervous wreck, but Dr. Patel & Madeline made me feel safe and at ease! :) Thank you both so much & to the staff and office for the support and patience.

Dr. Patel and Madeline were great! Everyone on the staff is very friendly. This is my first pregnancy so it’s very new to me. All my questions were answered and they explained the entire process of what to expect. Great resources of what to expect in each trimester. In general I’m feeling very confident with this medical team. Thank you guys! Only reason I put 4 stars was because the office has a faint urine smell. Didn’t love that. But everything that counts was great!
